Can't say enough about this company and our experience with them. My sister and I ordered a replacement driveway gate from Hartlage during a recent visit to Louisville for our uncle's house. By mistake, we only ordered one gate, not the two that we needed. We went to pick up the gate(s) and realized the mistake. Unfortunately, we only had two days before we were leaving to go back to Texas and had to finish before we left. Hartlage was fantastic - promising to make the fence that day - so that we could get these gates up before we came back to Texas. They were so understanding about the mistake and our timeline and they delivered on their promise. You don't find companies these days that understand that we are all just people and go the extra mile. They are definitely a good company with good people behind them!

My faith in American companies is (nearly) restored. Hartlage installed our automatic gate six years ago. We recently had a minor issue with operation that required repair. They came out, on time, and fixed it with professionalism and a helpful attitude. Jeff himself even came out. I was impressed! FYI- they are currently slammed with commercial jobs, and I think they have paused residential installations. Nevertheless, the follow-up on our residential system was fantastic. Thank you!

Hartlage Fence installed our pool/security fence 2 years ago. They did an excellent job. Crew was knowledgeable, courteous and cleaned up after the job was completed. One of our pedestrian gates did come out of alignment after 2 years. I emailed Jeff and they came out within days and adjusted it free of charge. Great people. Great service. They stand behind their work.

I contacted Jeff at Hartlage Fence to remove my old privacy fence and install a new one. Jeff was very communicative throughout the process, if I called he answered and he showed up when he said he would. People don't do that anymore. The crew that came to my home was professional and efficient. They performed the job in a timely manner. The pricing on the job was what I would consider fair, especially after getting quotes from other companies. I have a great privacy fence in my yard that is exactly what I asked for, was a reasonable price, and built by a responsive, professional team.

Was very impressed with their work and professionalism. They were not overly expensive and what I have learned over the years with fencing is you get what you pay for. The company owner was great to work with and even came out two years after installation to help with what I thought was a problem. Turns out the freezing cold temperature caused the fence gate to move out of alignment but once it warmed up everything was back to normal. Just the fact that he came out to look after two years and dint charge me a penny made me very happy. I highly recommend these guys!
